FEE REFUND POLICY

 

At Meemza International School, we understand that circumstances may arise where a student's enrollment needs to be altered or discontinued. Our fee refund policy is structured to ensure a fair and transparent process in such situations.

 

1. Registration and Admission Fees:
   • The registration and admission fees are non-refundable.

   • Prior to the start of the academic year:
   • If a student withdraws before the commencement of classes, a percentage of the tuition fee may be refunded based on the specific timeline outlined in the fee schedule.
   • After the academic year has begun:
   • The tuition fee is non-refundable once the academic year has started, except under extraordinary circumstances approved by the school and head office management.
2. Other Fees (Transportation, Extracurricular, etc.):
   • Refunds for other fees (such as transportation, extracurricular activities, etc.) may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined in the fee schedule.
3. Procedure for Refund Requests:
   • All requests for fee refunds must be made in writing to the school administration.
   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a specified period of time after the approval of the request and in accordance with the terms outlined in the fee schedule.
4. Exceptional Circumstances:
   • In case of extraordinary situations or unavoidable circumstances, the school management reserves the right to review and make exceptions to the refund policy at its discretion.
