Registration and Admission Fees:
The registration and admission fees are non-refundable.
Tuition Fees:
Prior to the start of the academic year:
If a student withdraws before the commencement of classes, a percentage of the tuition fee may be refunded based on the specific timeline outlined in the fee schedule.
After the academic year has begun:
The tuition fee is non-refundable once the academic year has started, except under extraordinary circumstances approved by the school and head office management.
Other Fees (Transportation, Extracurricular, etc.):
Refunds for other fees (such as transportation, extracurricular activities, etc.) may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined in the fee schedule.
Procedure for Refund Requests:
All requests for fee refunds must be made in writing to the school administration.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a specified period of time after the approval of the request and in accordance with the terms outlined in the fee schedule.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In case of extraordinary situations or unavoidable circumstances, the school management reserves the right to review and make exceptions to the refund policy at its discretion.
